Job Title: Data Quality Reviewer (Indic Languages)

Job Description

We are hiring experienced Data Quality Reviewers to support AI training and language evaluation projects. The role involves reviewing annotated datasets and AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate annotated data for guideline compliance
• Evaluate AI-generated content for fluency, coherence, and contextual accuracy
• Identify inconsistencies, bias, ambiguity, and factual errors
• Apply structured quality scoring frameworks
• Provide clear, concise written justifications in English
• Maintain defined quality and turnaround benchmarks

Mandatory Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in at least one Indic language
• Minimum C1 English proficiency (mandatory)
• Prior experience in data annotation, data review, AI evaluation, or language quality roles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and apply complex guidelines consistently
