Product Owner
We're looking for a Product Owner to drive the migration of one of our business-critical platforms to a modern solution.
It's an excellent opportunity to make a real impact by ensuring a smooth transition that meets our high standards. You'll be responsible for navigating the complexities of the migration, and tailoring the new platform to precisely fit our unique business needs.
What You'll Do
- Understand products, systems, and their underlying processes.
- Create and prioritize the product development roadmap.
- Coordinate development tasks and evaluate teamwork.
- Manage the procurement and analysis process for third-party software.
- Plan and organize integrations.
- Prepare tasks for developers, including delivery and estimates.
- Previous work experience as an IT Analyst, IT Project Manager, or Product Owner.
- Comfort and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive and independent mindset with strong communication skills.
- Excellent command of English and a good command of Estonian, both spoken and written.
- Courage to take responsibility, show initiative, and give constructive feedback.
- Help shape how a modern bank looks, feels, and operates.
