🚨 Hiring: Program Manager – Data & Cloud Programs

We’re looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead data analytics and cloud transformation initiatives while driving end-to-end delivery across multiple teams.

💡 Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall program management for data analytics and cloud initiatives

• Own end-to-end program delivery including scope, timelines, and execution

• Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and governance

• Oversee BAU resource planning and management

• Design and maintain audit and governance frameworks

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Track team performance using Scrum metrics (velocity, burndown charts, delivery progress)

• Support the Product Owner in backlog management and prioritization

• Identify and remove delivery blockers to ensure smooth program execution

🎯 What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven experience as a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager

✔ Experience managing Data Analytics or Cloud transformation programs

✔ Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum frameworks

✔ Experience with RAID management, governance, and audit frameworks

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
