About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you will analyze large datasets, develop dashboards, and provide insights that help teams understand trends and improve business performance.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience working with data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across reports
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• Document reporting processes and data models

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
• Strong experience with Power BI dashboard development and reporting
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis
• Experience with Excel and data analysis techniques
• Strong understanding of data visualization and reporting best practices
• Ability to work with large datasets and multiple data sources
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL processes or data integration tools
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure or AWS

Certifications

• Power BI Certification (Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
