We are seeking a talented Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with our Head of Technology and Tech Lead to develop and implement cutting-edge software solutions across various platforms for diverse markets, including the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, and the Netherlands. Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the vital link between various departments' business challenges and actionable backlog items.
- Gather and analyse stakeholders needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements for our development team.
- Utilise various analytical techniques and follow established methodologies to extract actionable insights and conduct thorough business analysis.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on business processes, systems and industry trends to guide decision-making and solution design.
- Make data-driven decisions on how certain in-house products should be built.
- Assist in test planning, test case development to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Proven record of previous experience in Business Analyst role (at least 3 years of practical experience).
- Proven ability to successfully apply Business Process Modelling Techniques (BPMN, UML or other).
- Ownership and ability to plan, execute independently.
- Professional expertise and hands-on experience with JIRA.
- Value-creation oriented mindset is something that we appreciate.
- Being passionate, proactive, self-motivated, innovative and constantly hungry for knowledge, but pragmatic enough to put first things first.
- Having previous experience in the field of eCommerce (would be a great advantage).
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Lithuanian.
- Competitive salary: EUR 4,000 - 5,500 gross per month based on your skills and experience + monthly bonus based on your performance.
