We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee construction and maintenance projects across our store network in the Greece and Balkans region. This role combines project management, budget control, and vendor coordination in an international, fast-paced setting.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects: new store openings, remodels, refurbishments, and relocations
- Supervise architects, contractors, and external vendors
- Lead bidding processes for construction, maintenance, and cleaning services
- Monitor budgets, costs, and project timelines
- Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and progress reporting
- Collaborate closely with internal teams: Retail, IT, Security, Finance, Merchandising
👤 Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction, facility, or project management in retail
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and vendor management
- Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across different countries
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other regional languages is a plus
