Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and ensure delivery quality and performance
- Lead and mentor engineers to support their growth and career development
- Collaborate with developers, Agilists, stakeholders, and designers to build exceptional applications
- Build confidence in project delivery through automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, and analytics
- Implement DevOps practices to automate the delivery pipeline
- Min. 6 years of professional experience in IT
- Experience with ReactJS, Java/NodeJS/Python
- Knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, databases, TDD/DDD, REST, GIT or other version control systems
- Very good english
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, and XP
- Knowledge of BPMN engines
- Knowledge of openAPI framework
- Cooperation based on a B2B contract
- Hybrid work from Warsaw (1 time a week in the office)
- The support of a dedicated mentor. In the relationship, we focus on direct communication. When you join speedapp, you will be put in touch with a dedicated mentor who will make sure that you enjoy working with us and with the client.
- Events and integration meetings, as well as participation in various initiatives, e.g., sports
