Do you want to work in a strategically important role where cybersecurity, hybrid IT services, and business value connect? We are now looking for a Presales Specialist – Cybersecurity who wants to play a key role in designing, presenting, and securing digital solutions for complex customer environments.


As a Presales Specialist in Cybersecurity, you are the technical and advisory point of contact in customer engagements. The role combines presales advisory, solution design, and technical expertise, ensuring that customer requirements are translated into secure, compliant, and future-proof cybersecurity solutions. You will work closely with sales teams, technical consultants, delivery organisations, and global delivery centres.


The role is primarily presales-focused, but requires deep technical knowledge and the ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable solutions for the customer.



As our future Presales Specialist – Cybersecurity, you will:


  • Support the sales organisation with technical cybersecurity expertise throughout the sales cycle, from first customer contact to deal closure


  • Conduct customer needs analyses and identify potential security risks or gaps


  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions both on-site and digitally to IT managers, executive teams, and technical teams


  • Collaborate with sales representatives and technical consultants to develop tailored solution proposals


  • Prepare presentations, proposals, product descriptions, and technical documentation


  • Ensure a smooth handover from presales to delivery teams


  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and customer events to strengthen Fujitsu’s brand and create new business opportunities


  • Stay up to date with cyber threats, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices



Your profile


You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or have equivalent work experience, and have at least 5 years of experience in presales or service sales within cybersecurity.


You bring:


  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders


  • Experience in service sales or presales with cybersecurity solutions, IT infrastructure, and security architecture


  • Ability to work both strategically and operationally


  • Capability to translate customer needs into concrete service-based offerings


  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written


  • Team-player mentality, thriving in collaborative and evolving environments


It is considered a strong merit if you:


  • Have worked in a global organisation, and according to ITIL frameworks


  • Hold cybersecurity certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar


  • Have experience with hybrid IT environments and enterprise security solutions
