We are looking for an experienced NOC Shift Lead / Senior NOC Engineer (L2) based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the overall in-charge of the NOC shift and serve as the single point of contact for ICP.
- Own the full incident lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with internal ICP teams and external vendors.
- Ensure SLA adherence and operational efficiency across incidents and service requests.
- Lead major incident management, coordinate resolution efforts, and drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Identify and implement service improvement actions to enhance operational stability and performance.
