Scrum Master - Digital Strategy
Location: Bracknell/hybrid working - with limited travel to our Cirencester office for meetings and events

About the role
We're looking for a qualified, seasoned Scrum Master to support our Digital Strategy team and help drive major transformation initiatives across Westcon Comstor. You'll work with cross‑functional teams to embed agile ways of working, improve delivery outcomes, and keep our digital, data, and transformation programmes moving smoothly.

What you'll do

  • Support one or more Agile delivery teams within our Digital Strategy portfolio
  • Facilitate core Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Ensure teams follow agile best practices while tailoring them to our enterprise environment
  • Build a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and accountability
  • Identify and remove delivery risks or blockers, escalating when needed
  • Align team output with key portfolio objectives and business priorities
  • Share clear insights on progress, risks, velocity, value delivered, and predictability
  • Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, Technology, Architecture, and Digital Strategy leadership
  • Contribute to the evolution of our agile delivery model, standards, and governance
  • Participate in Communities of Practice to raise agile maturity across the organisation
About You
What you'll bring
  • A self-starter with proven experience as a Scrum Master in a complex or enterprise‑scale environment
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, Lean principles and agile delivery practices
  • Experience supporting digital transformation or technology‑driven change
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders, including executives
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict‑resolution skills
  • Familiarity with scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS or similar)
  • Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe SM, etc.)
  • A background in Organisational Design would be highly beneficial
Tools you're comfortable with
Email, Teams, Excel, Visio, Forms, PowerPoint, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Jira, and general MS applications as needed.
