Westcon‑Comstor is one year into an ambitious transformation towards Agile ways of working, and we are now seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to help accelerate that jo

rney.

This is not a BAU Scrum Master role. We are looking for someone who has already operated at a senior level and can confidently lead, challenge, influence, and evolve Agile delivery in a complex, enterprise environment. You will play a pivotal role in moving teams beyond "doing Agile" to genuinely delivering outcomes, positively influencing colleagues across our Data Strategy and Technology teams, as well as senior stakeholders across the b

u

siness.

  3+ years' experience operating as a Senior Scrum Master within a complex, enterpris
• e‑scale organisation5+ years' experience in technology or delivery roles, working confidently with
• senior stakeholdersA proven track record of driving Agile transformation, not just supporti
• ng established teamsStrong, practical knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and Lean principles, a

• ter certification(s)Significant hands‑on experience with Jira, with the ability to operate confidently from day one (our business will be moving fully onto J

This role is offered on a hybrid basis. While much of the work can be done remotely, regular presence at our Bracknell office will be required for key meetings, workshops, and collaboration sessions. As a result, we are ideally seeking candidates who are within a reasonable commuting
