Our client is seeking a knowledgeable HR Coordinator to join their team in North Cork on a permanent basis.

Your new role
In this position, you will support the HR function by assisting the HR Manager and coordinating a wide range of HR activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, supporting onboarding and offboarding, ensuring GDPR compliance, and managing end‑to‑end recruitment.
You will also assist with training initiatives, oversee work permit processes, manage annual leave and absence reporting, contribute to year‑end HR reports, liaise with payroll, support wellbeing programmes. Additional duties and responsibilities may apply.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have at least two years' experience in a similar HR role along with a relevant third‑level qualification or equivalent experience. Strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear written and verbal communication are essential.
You should be proactive, able to prioritise tasks effectively, and enjoy working with people. Fluency in English and eligibility to work in the EU are required. Experience in the transport industry is an advantage.
