As an HR Specialist, you’ll be at the heart of our Integrated Service Delivery model, delivering high-impact HR services to business stakeholders and our HR community. You’ll bring your expertise to ensure smooth, efficient, and people-first HR operations across the region.

What You’ll Do
HR Services
· Provide daily guidance and support to the HR Services team.
· Deliver seamless HR administration across the employee lifecycle.
· Draft and update key HR documents (e.g., employment contracts, change letters).
· Advise line managers and employees on general HR queries.
· Monitor the case management system (ServiceNow) and route queries appropriately.
· Build strong partnerships with Regional HR teams and other stakeholders.
· Contribute to ad-hoc projects that shape and improve our service delivery.
HR Systems & Data
· Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems (Oracle HCM,ServiceNow).
· Manage employee records including onboarding, offboarding, contractual changes, time off, and more.
· Generate and maintain HR reports to ensure data integrity and informed decision-making.
Customer Experience
· Act as the first point of contact for all HR administration inquiries.
· Provide timely, accurate, and friendly support in line with clients service standards.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
· Proven experience in HR administration and processes.
· Strong communication and client service skills.
· Native-level French and business-level English (written and spoken).
· Attention to detail with strong MS Office and HR systems proficiency.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
