Who We Are Recruiting For Position?
We, as ICPS, are looking for experienced professionals who are interested in contributing to the Human Resources department with supporting resumes for the position they are applying for. We will be hiring 1 person to join our human resources recruitment team for the Executive Recruiter position and responsibilities for this position will be as listed below:
As an Executive Recruiter at ICPS, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment of senior level positions within the organisation and working directly with the Chancellor during the executive hiring process. You will be responsible for posting job advertisements on LinkedIn on a biweekly basis for selected senior roles, screening candidates, communicating with potential hires, and conducting interviews for positions that require higher levels of experience and expertise. You will be expected to independently manage the recruitment process for candidates you source and screen, while also conducting interviews with candidates specifically selected by the Chancellor for executive level evaluation. These interviews may be conducted with flexible scheduling depending on candidate availability and recruitment needs.
It is expected that you have a relevant degree or significant professional experience in human resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition and a strong interest in executive level hiring and organisational leadership development. Your duties will include candidate screening, conducting executive interviews, maintaining candidate data, and coordinating with the Chancellor regarding candidate evaluations and hiring recommendations. While you will have autonomy in managing executive recruitment activities, you will also be expected to maintain coordination with the Human Resources department and relevant leadership members when necessary to ensure alignment with ICPS hiring standards and organisational needs.

Strong communication skills:
- Excellent communication skills are essential for an Executive Recruiter. This includes the ability to clearly convey information and ideas through speaking, writing, and listening, as well as the ability to communicate professionally with senior level candidates and organisational leadership.
Ability to effectively screen and evaluate senior candidates:
- An Executive Recruiter is responsible for evaluating the qualifications of highly experienced candidates and determining their suitability for leadership or management positions within the organisation. This requires strong analytical and assessment skills and the ability to make informed evaluations based on resumes, professional experience, and interview performance.
Interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with senior candidates:
- An Executive Recruiter must have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional rapport with candidates who may hold senior positions. This includes establishing trust, maintaining professionalism, and creating a comfortable interview environment that allows candidates to effectively present their qualifications.
Professional judgement and conflict resolution skills:
- An Executive Recruiter may encounter challenges during executive hiring processes and it is important to maintain strong judgement and conflict resolution abilities. This includes addressing concerns professionally, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that recruitment processes remain fair, structured, and aligned with organisational standards.
What Are Our Requirements For The Position?
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Human Resource Management, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, or human resources.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates, preferably for senior, managerial, or leadership level positions, with the ability to assess professional background, leadership potential, and organisational fit.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools and platforms to post job advertisements, identify potential candidates, manage candidate pipelines, and communicate professionally with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to conduct structured interviews, interact with highly experienced professionals, and present candidate evaluations clearly and professionally.
- Strong organisational, analytical, and assessment skills with the ability to maintain candidate records, manage recruitment documentation using Google Drive or similar tools, and coordinate executive recruitment processes efficiently.
- The highest standards of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality while working closely with organisational leadership during executive level recruitment processes.
