As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating structure, delivering high‑quality support, and contributing to a positive and engaging employee experience. You will work closely with the Nordic HR team and managers across the organization, handling a broad mix of administrative and coordinating tasks.


Key Responsibilities:


Employee & Manager Support

  • Provide day‑to‑day support to managers and employees on HR‑related questions and processes.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact, ensuring timely guidance and high‑quality service.


Compliance & Governance


  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, collective agreements, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date employee records and ensure documentation is managed according to company standards.


HR Administration


  • Oversee administrative processes related to employment, including contracts, onboarding, job changes, and offboarding.
  • Manage HR system entries, documentation workflows, and approvals.


Culture, Engagement & Events


  • Coordinate employee activities, meetings, and internal events that support engagement and team culture.


Qualifications:


Education & Experience


  • Degree in Human Resources, personnel administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administrative work.


Skills & Competencies


  • Strong proficiency with HR systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
  • Highly structured, service‑minded, and capable of working independently.
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and handling a broad variety of tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
