Qualifications/Skills

• BS or MS in Computer, Electrical and Electronics, Mathematical Engineering or related fields
• 5+ years experience in software development
• Proven experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
• Experience in Spring Boot, Maven
• Experience in web services (REST, JSON)
• Experience on configuration management tools (GIT)
• Good knowledge of Java
• Good knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot is a must
• Available to work in flexible hours
• Knowledge of web services, restful services technologies is preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English is a plus
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Basic Functions / Responsibilities

• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate backend services with the frontend interface.
• Guide developers, create and review technical designs, create and review design patterns
• Develop, create, and modify software applications or specialized programs in accordance with applicable software development methodology, meeting code quality metrics
• Implement and manage Oracle databases to support backend services.
• Participate in project planning and task management to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Continuously improve code quality through code reviews and automated testing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.
