What We Achieve Together
- You act as the first point of contact for employees and managers at your location, providing operational and tactical HR support with clarity and empathy, ensuring consistent, “one‑face‑to‑the‑customer” communication.
- By supporting managers on HR topics in line with defined policies and strategies, you promote transparency, reliability, and a shared understanding of people‑related decisions and processes.
- You conduct employee conversations in cases of concerns, complaints, or unusual behavior, coordinating closely with department heads, regional HR, and when needed the country director, contributing to a trusting and secure work atmosphere.
- Your responsibilities include preparing job postings, participating in interviews, and coordinating onboarding to ensure that new colleagues experience a welcoming and smooth start within the company.
- You support employees with HR topics such as contracts, payroll, and benefits, helping resolve issues in a timely and service‑oriented manner that strengthens employee satisfaction and engagement.
- By organizing and coordinating training and talent development initiatives, you contribute to individual growth and the long‑term development of skills across the organization.
- Qualification: You hold a university degree with at least two years of experience, or advanced vocational education with at least eight years of experience, enabling you to confidently manage a broad HR portfolio.
- Experience: You bring practical experience in HR operations, including recruitment, employee support, talent development, compliance, and administration - including SAP / EC employee master data and coordination with authorities.
- Know‑how and skills: You have solid knowledge of labor law and HR practices, strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, analytical thinking skills, and a structured, reliable working style with high attention to detail.
- Nice to have: You enjoy coordinating HR policies and processes, preparing HR reports (e.g., headcount, FTE budget, salary forecast), and supporting precise personnel cost planning across countries.
- Personality: You bring empathy, discretion, organizational strength, and a collaborative mindset, allowing you to navigate diverse situations with professionalism and care.
- Language skills: You speak fluent English as well as the national language, enabling smooth communication with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
- Flexible work model: adjustable starting times (7:30 – 9:00AM), hybrid work 70/30, and up to 30 days of remote work from abroad from selected countries.
