Role Description
- Define project scope and develop detailed timelines, ensuring alignment between stakeholders, teams, and project deliverables
- Manage end-to-end website projects, from requirements gathering to launch, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, and local markets) to deliver projects aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Oversee quality, UX, and compliance, ensuring digital assets meet pharmaceutical industry standards and market regulations, particularly for the US
- Lead project communication and reporting, managing stakeholder expectations and responding effectively to changes and urgent requests
- Collect, structure, and translate stakeholder requirements into clear project tasks for design and project teams
- Identify, document, and track bugs or issues, collaborating with the development team to ensure timely resolution and smooth project delivery.
- Proven digital/web project management experience (min. 3 years), including website design, development, and publishing
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with understanding of regulated environments and compliance requirements
- Experience managing projects for the US market, including cross-timezone collaboration and demanding stakeholders
- Advanced English (C1+), able to communicate confidently with international teams and clients (must have)
- Strong organizational, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset, capable of owning project delivery and coordinating multiple teams
- Familiarity with tools such as Asana, UX/UI tools (e.g., Figma), and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Magento, AEM)
- Cooperation based on a B2B contract or contract of service through the professional Deel platform for international cooperation
