What You Will Be Doing:

  • Design and execute lifecycle strategies to improve user activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Analyze user behavior and campaign performance using SQL to uncover growth opportunities
  • Plan and run A/B tests to optimize key marketplace metrics such as conversion, retention, and revenue
  • Develop user segmentation strategies to enable targeted growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and data teams to design and implement growth experiments
  • Translate data insights into actionable growth initiatives and campaign strategies
  • Define and track key growth metrics to evaluate performance and impact
  • Continuously iterate on growth initiatives based on experiment results and user insights


You’ll Be Great For This Role If:

  • 2–5 years of experience in growth, lifecycle marketing, product analytics, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of user lifecycle and growth funnels (activation, retention, reactivation)
  • Strong SQL skills and ability to analyze product and user data independently
  • Hands-on experience with experimentation and A/B testing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and data teams
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
