The Focus (Recruitment / HR Operation):
- Active Recruitment: You will own the search for specialized, niche roles that keep our operations running. This isn't just posting ads; it’s finding the right talent for unique hospitality and retail environments.
- HR Ownership: You will manage the day-to-day HR needs for 300 employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and acting as a trusted partner to our Managers.
The Role
