We are hiring a Senior Node.js Fullstack Developer in Halifax to support the end-to-end CLM Transformation Program, focused on front-end development and real-time application capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain full stack features using React (Next.js) and Express
- Implement real-time communication layers using Socket.io and server-side events
- Develop responsive, accessible front-end interfaces for CLM platform capabilities
- Collaborate with back-end developers, product owners, and QA teams to deliver integrated solutions
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot and similar) in daily workflows
- Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- 5+ years of full stack development experience with strong Node.js proficiency
- Hands-on experience with React and Next.js
- Experience with Express, Socket.io, and server-side events
- Understanding of real-time application patterns and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with client onboarding, KYC/AML, or CLM workflows in financial services is a plus
- Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
