Fullstack Engineer (React/NodeJS + AWS + Python)

Position: Full stack Engineer (React/NodeJS + AWS + Python)

Client: Asset Management / Financial Services domain

Type: New Contract Role

Location: Toronto, ON

Top Skills Required:

Strong experience with React (hooks, state management, component-based architecture)

Backend development with Node.js and/or Python

Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway)

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop responsive applications using React

Build and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and Python

Develop and manage cloud-based solutions on AWS

Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams

Write clean, scalable, and testable code

Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions

Troubleshoot and optimize performance across the stack

Nice to Have:

Serverless architecture experience

Docker/Kubernetes

Testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

Agile/Scrum experience

Asset Management / Financial Services domain
