The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Fit-Out Project Manager to lead premium renovation and interior build-outs from preconstruction through closeout. You’ll manage trades, schedules, budgets, client expectations, and quality—delivering a polished final product in occupied and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end: planning, execution, turnover, and closeout
• Manage budget, forecasting, change orders, and cost reporting
• Own the schedule and drive trade coordination to hit milestones
• Run site meetings, coordinate consultants, and manage stakeholder expectations
• Oversee quality control, deficiency management, and high-finish standards
• Manage procurement/long-lead items and subcontractor performance
• Ensure health & safety, permitting, and building compliance requirements

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years as a PM delivering commercial fit-out/renovation projects
• Track record managing $10M–$30M high-end interiors (office, retail, hospitality, institutional, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of interiors trades, sequencing, and occupied-site logistics
• Confident with contracts, RFIs, submittals, change management, and reporting
• Strong communication skills with clients, consultants, and site teams
