Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support key initiatives within a Global Technical Resilience Program. This role will oversee multiple technology workstreams, including Service Mapping, Resilience Frameworks, Operational Checklists, and Rapid Recovery Planning.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a complex program environment, partnering with governance, risk, and technology teams to ensure successful delivery. You will drive project planning, execution, and reporting while proactively managing risks, timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
This role requires strong communication, analytical thinking, and leadership skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Planning
- Develop and maintain project plans, charters, and documentation to support clear project initiation and execution.
- Manage 2–4 technology projects simultaneously within a larger transformation program.
- Define milestones, deliverables, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
- Create and maintain business cases, resource forecasts, and financial plans.
- Protect project scope, timelines, and resources from external pressures.
Governance & Reporting
- Support governance forums including Steering Committees, Design Authorities, and Transformation Forums.
- Provide monthly reporting on project health, scope, financials, risks, and benefits.
- Ensure transparency and accuracy in status reporting.
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies across the project portfolio.
Risk & Compliance Management
- Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with Risk & Control Governance teams to align with regulatory expectations.
- Support initiatives related to technology resilience and regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
- Partner with technical teams, governance groups, and business stakeholders.
- Manage expectations and ensure clear communication with senior leadership and project sponsors.
- Coordinate with project coordinators and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Core Technical Skills
Required
- Project management experience delivering technology or IT initiatives.
- Experience managing multiple projects within a broader program environment.
- Strong risk and issue management capability.
- Experience with project governance, reporting, and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced Excel proficiency for reporting and analysis.
Preferred
- Experience delivering technology resilience or regulatory-driven initiatives.
- Experience working with risk and control governance frameworks.
- Ability to articulate technical strategy to both technical and business stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
- Experience working in large enterprise or matrix organizations.
- Data analysis or reporting experience supporting program delivery.
Soft Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including executive-level updates.
- Ability to manage up and influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Proven track record delivering complex technology initiatives
