A leading diversified investment group in Qatar is seeking a Total Rewards Specialist to support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across multiple business units.
The role is responsible for ensuring that the organization’s reward frameworks remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational objectives, while supporting HR leadership in reward analytics, benchmarking, and policy implementation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation analysis, benefits administration, HR analytics, and SAP HR systems, preferably within large or multi-entity organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation & Salary Management
- Support the design and administration of compensation structures, salary grades, and job evaluation frameworks.
- Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Assist in the annual salary review, promotion, and bonus cycles.
- Review salary proposals and provide analytical insights to HR leadership.
Benefits Administration
- Manage and administer employee benefits programs including:
- Medical insurance
- Annual leave tickets
- Allowances and incentive programs
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure efficient benefits administration.
- Ensure benefits programs comply with local labor laws and company policies.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends and provide insights.
- Prepare reports and dashboards on reward metrics for HR leadership and management.
- Support compensation budgeting and forecasting processes.
SAP & HR Systems
- Maintain and manage compensation and benefits data within SAP HR / SuccessFactors.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of Total Rewards information in HR systems.
- Generate reports and analytics from SAP to support reward decision-making.
Policy & Compliance
- Support the development and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar labor law and internal HR governance frameworks.
- Assist in internal and external audits related to compensation and benefits.
Stakeholder Support
- Provide support and guidance to HR Business Partners and line managers on compensation-related matters.
- Assist with salary offers, internal movements, and reward-related approvals.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Total Rewards function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or WorldatWork are an advantage.
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in HR, with at least 3–4 years focused on Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards.
- Experience within large organizations or diversified groups preferred.
- Exposure to GCC compensation frameworks and labor regulations is desirable.
- Hands-on experience with SAP HR / SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
