Our client is a major US-based healthcare provider serving more than 3,000 hospitals worldwide. After successfully migrating from on-premises infrastructure to the cloud, the organization is now focused on building a modern Enterprise Data Platform to improve data quality, streamline analytics, and accelerate data-driven decision-making across the business.

IF YOU ARE

  • A Java Software Engineer with 3+ years of commercial experience, strong experience in the Data Engineering domain
  • Experienced with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related services
  • Skilled in working with Dataflow for building scalable data processing pipelines
  • Strong in SQL and experienced in working with databases, integrations, and data connectivity
  • Familiar with BigQuery, Composer, and CloudSQL or similar cloud data services
  • Experienced with schema migration tools such as Liquibase or Flyway
  • Familiar with GitLab CI or similar CI/CD tools
  • Effective communicator at upper-Intermediate level of English or higher for collaboration with international teams
  • Knowledgeable in building and maintaining data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows (as a plus)
  • Skilled in Python scripting (as an advantage)
  • Aware of modern data architectures such as data lakehouse or data mesh (as a plus)


AND YOU WANT TO

  • Dive deeper into the Data Engineering field while working on enterprise-scale solutions
  • Design and build enterprise-grade Data Products supporting analytics across thousands of healthcare facilities
  • Work with GCP-based data technologies to build scalable and reliable data pipelines
  • Participate in designing and optimizing high-throughput and cost-efficient data processing solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate domain requirements into production-ready data solutions
  • Contribute to improvements in CI/CD, automation, infrastructure, and platform performance
  • Participate in proof-of-concept initiatives and help introduce new technologies and best practices into the Data Platform
  • Support the evolution of a data-mesh-inspired architecture across business domains
