Are you a Senior Project Manager looking to step in and take ownership and drive outcomes across multiple infrastructure projects? This role suits a confident Senior PM who isn’t afraid to lead from the front, set direction, and keep stakeholders aligned—without letting the client dictate the program.

What you’ll be doing:
- Leading delivery across multiple projects simultaneously (approx. 3-4 projects)
- Taking control of scope, schedule, budget, risks, and key milestones
- Managing contractors/suppliers and coordinating site + office activity
- Being the “go-to” delivery lead—escalating early, solving problems fast, and keeping things moving
- Demonstrated track record delivering projects (construction/infrastructure/industrial or similar—industry not critical)
- Assertive, decisive leadership style—comfortable taking charge and holding people to account
- Strong stakeholder management with the ability to push back professionally when required
- Organised, action-oriented, and focused on getting things done
- ASAP start
- $160,000 – $210,000 + Super + Car (Car/allowance negotiable as part of the package)
- Flexible working: office + site with remote considered for a proven high performers
