A regional WA organization is delivering a $200M multi?year works program and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team.

You will be contributing to the delivery of several upcoming major works across:
- Essential services infrastructure
- Community and recreational facilities
- Residential development programs
- Large-scale redevelopment projects
Responsibilities
You will oversee a portfolio of capital works from early development through to handover, ensuring quality outcomes and on-time delivery. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contractors and consultants across multiple concurrent projects
- Coordinating design, procurement, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
- Conducting site coordination, progress monitoring, and quality checks
- Ensuring compliance with Australian building standards and local regulations
- Preparing project documentation, presentations, and stakeholder updates
- Maintaining momentum, driving project urgency and accountability
- Strong contractor?side or client?side project delivery experience
- Ability to manage complex projects in regional or remote settings
- Experience across civil, infrastructure, or building projects
- Wastewater or utilities experience highly regarded (not essential)
