I am currently representing one of Sydney’s most respected head contractors, a firm that defines the "Gold Standard" in high-end commercial fit-out and refurbishment. Having secured a massive 2026 pipeline, they are looking for a Senior PM and a PM to lead these flagship projects.

The Role

We are shortlisting for both Project Managers and Senior PMs to lead the next wave of CBD landmarks:

• Senior PMs (Up to $225k+ Package): You’ll lead $25M+ flagship fit-outs, managing the full project lifecycle from ECI through to a defect-free handover. You are the strategic lead, balancing client expectations with elite site delivery.
• Project Managers (Up to $190k+ Package): You are the engine of the project. You’ll drive high-intensity, high-spec programs, mastering complex MEP integrations and ensuring the subcontractor market is performing to an elite standard.

Needs

• The Mindset: You are proactive and refuse to settle for "standard." You don't just manage a program, you own it.
• Sector Pedigree: 5–12+ years of experience within the Australian commercial fit-out or refurb space.
• Technical Authority: Deep knowledge of the BCA, HSEQ standards, and the logistical challenges of premium-grade tower delivery.
• Experience: Proven track record on high-value projects ($5M – $25M+).
