Product Manager (Bank|Up to $6k)

The Opportunity

• This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading banks.
• It is an opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join their team
• This will start off as a 12 months contract

The Job

• Participate in the testing and implementation of system-related initiatives and enhancements.
• Manage and address first-line customers issues, complaints and inquiries within the stipulated service level agreement (SLA) timelines
• Collaborate closely with operations team on manual processing and adjustments of transactions.
• Initiate process and customer journey improvements for Unsecured Loan products.
• Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products and services.
• Draft marketing content, terms & conditions and messaging related to Unsecured Loan products
• Work closely with the tech team to identify system-related issues and explore solutions.
• Support regular reporting, ad hoc tasks and administrative matters.
• Collaborate with support units to study and analyze data related to UL products.

The Talent

• Preferably 2 years of experience in consumer banking or a related industry.
• Prior experience in handling loan product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle is preferred.
• Self-driven and able to work independently under tight timelines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively as a team player.
• Well verse in Microsoft office productivity applications.
• Capable of managing and working with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work overtime during system testing and implementation phases.
