HR Generalist (EMEA) – Remote Europe
Salary Range: EUR 60k – 65k per year

Are you an HR professional with a passion for supporting international operations and a knack for navigating diverse labor regulations? We are looking for a proactive HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department and play a key role in scaling our rapidly growing organization across the EMEA region.
In this remote-based role, you will provide full-cycle HR support, ensuring a seamless employee experience from onboarding to termination while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Lifecycle Management: Coordinate all stages of the employee journey, including orientation, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- HR Administration & HRIS: Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data, generating reports for audits and leadership needs.
- Payroll & Benefits: Administer benefit programs and manage EMEA payroll processing in collaboration with finance teams.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage job postings, screen candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Compliance & Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries and ensure all actions align with local and international labor laws.
- HR Projects: Participate in regional and global initiatives such as engagement surveys and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or HR-focused administrative role.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with European employment laws; knowledge of international labor laws is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with UKG or ClearCompany is a plus.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English is required. Italian or Spanish highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
