Executive Assistant to Company Director

A growing international life sciences and technology company focused on improving indoor environmental health through innovation and scientific research is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Company Director during an exciting phase of expansion.
The Role
This role will provide confidential, proactive executive support while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Directorâs office in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendar scheduling and prioritise incoming requests
- Act as the main point of contact for the Directorâs office
- Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions
- Coordinate customer and partner visits to a specialist testing facility
- Manage complex international travel arrangements, including visas and itineraries
- Support preparation of reports, presentations, and internal communications
- Organise internal and external meetings and maintain accurate CRM records
- Provide general administrative support including expenses and documentation
Experience Required
- 3+ yearsâ Executive Assistant experience, ideally supporting senior leadership or C-suite
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills in fast-paced environments
- Experience managing complex international travel arrangements
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
