Assistant Accountant – Accounts Receivable
About the Role
An established and highly regarded property development and investment group is seeking an Assistant Accountant – Accounts Receivable to join their finance team on a Fixed Term Contract basis initially
The organisation manages a significant portfolio of commercial and retail property assets, including landmark properties within Dublin’s Central Business District and major regional retail interests. The business is known for its strong focus on strategic property development, premium tenant management, and robust financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounts receivable cycle, including tenant invoicing, credit control, rental income reconciliations, reporting, and monthly close processes.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, including the preparation and posting of journals.
- Assist with the preparation of statutory accounts.
- Provide support on ad hoc finance and accounting tasks as required by the finance team.
Requirements
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong Accounts Recievable experience
