Senior Performance Marketing Manager (B2B SaaS) 

At Trio, we are building the future of Unified Device Management and Enterprise-grade Security for modern businesses and schools. 

We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute data-driven growth initiatives that directly impact revenue

This role is highly execution-focused and metric-driven, with clear ownership of: 

SQL volume 

SQL quality 

CAC / CPL efficiency 

Pipeline contribution 

This is not a vanity-metrics marketing role. Your work will directly influence revenue growth. 

You will own the full growth execution layer: 

Acquire → Activate → Convert → Retarget → Optimize 

Key Responsibilities 

1) Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition (Primary Focus) 

Own and scale paid acquisition across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and retargeting platforms

Responsibilities include: 

Planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns focused on SQL generation and pipeline growth 

Managing performance budgets and continuously improving CAC, CPL, ROAS, and payback period 

Running rapid experimentation across new channels, formats, and bidding strategies 

Building scalable paid acquisition systems that consistently generate high-intent leads 

2) Funnel Optimization & Landing Pages (CRO) 

Own the conversion performance of the marketing funnel

You will: 

Build and optimize high-converting landing pages (Webflow, Strapi, or similar CMS) 

Run continuous CRO experiments (headlines, offers, CTAs, forms, layouts) 

Use tools such as Hotjar, session recordings, and A/B testing platforms to identify friction 

Improve conversion rates across the funnel: 

Visitor → Lead → SQL → Opportunity 

3) HubSpot Ownership (Marketing + CRM) 

Own HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM performance infrastructure

Responsibilities include: 

Managing workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, and routing 

Maintaining CRM hygiene and attribution accuracy 

Building dashboards and reporting for: 

SQL volume 

SQL quality 

Pipeline influence 

Funnel conversion rates 

4) Retargeting, Nurture & Revenue Acceleration 

Design programs that increase conversion from existing demand

You will: 

Build high-intent retargeting programs 

Develop segment-based nurture journeys 

Optimize demo no-show recovery and stalled-lead reactivation 

Reduce lead-to-meeting time across global sales teams 

Collaborate closely with Sales, Content, and Product Marketing on messaging and offers 

5) Paid + Organic Growth Strategy 

While the primary focus is performance marketing, you should understand how organic growth levers compound over time

This includes: 

SEO-driven demand capture 

High-intent content strategy 

Community and ecosystem growth 

Requirements 

6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS performance 

Proven track record driving SQL growth and pipeline through paid channels 

Deep hands-on expertise with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting platforms, and attribution tracking 

Strong experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub + CRM 

Experience with international SaaS markets (enterprise SaaS is a strong plus) 

Strong analytical and data-driven decision making
