Workday Senior Rewards Specialist

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Rewards Specialist to manage compensation and rewards programmes across Spain and Portugal. This role will focus on maintaining competitive pay structures, supporting annual reward cycles, and ensuring alignment with global HR frameworks and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Benchmark compensation and benefits against external market data.
- Support annual salary review and bonus processes.
- Manage individual compensation cases including offers, promotions, and internal transfers.
- Maintain salary bands, job architecture, and grading structures.
- Conduct job evaluations and pay equity analysis.
- Monitor compensation practices and recommend improvements.
- Support the regional rollout and administration of reward initiatives such as share plans.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and analytics teams to deliver reward-related initiatives.
Requirements
- Approximately 3+ years’ experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and rewards.
- Experience working within a multinational organisation.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong analytical capability.
- Fluent English required.
- Experience with Workday and HR analytics tools
