Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives following the framework of Scrum to ensure smooth team collaboration.
• Guide the development team in adopting and following Agile principles and Scrum best practices.
• Remove impediments or blockers that affect the team’s productivity and ensure continuous workflow.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to maintain a well-prioritized and refined product backlog.
• Track sprint progress, team velocity, and delivery metrics using tools such as Jira.
• Coach and support cross-functional teams to improve collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement throughout the product development lifecycle.
