Scrum Master / Test Manager – Global Markets Technology
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Test Manager to lead Agile delivery and testing governance for technology platforms supporting Global Markets / Investment Banking systems. The role combines Scrum facilitation with end-to-end test management, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and alignment with business priorities across trading, risk, and market data platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Manage product backlog, sprint tracking, and delivery governance
• Remove blockers and drive Agile best practices
• Define and manage test strategy, SIT, UAT, and regression testing
• Oversee defect management and test automation governance
• Coordinate release planning and readiness reviews
• Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders
• Support testing and delivery across trading platforms, risk systems, market data platforms, and regulatory systems
Skills & Experience
• 10–15 years of IT experience with 5+ years as Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
• Strong experience in Agile delivery and test management
• Experience in Global Markets / Investment Banking technology environments
• Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Test Management Tools, CI/CD pipelines
• Exposure to Java / Microservices, Cloud (AWS/Azure), DevOps environments
• Certifications such as CSM, SAFe, ISTQB, or PMP are preferred
