About the Role
A UX Designer position is available within a collaborative software delivery environment supporting the development of multiple products across a growing technology portfolio.
The role will see you contributing across three concurrent initiatives at different stages of the product lifecycle. One project involves early stage, pre-commercial release products where the focus is on shaping how the software experience interacts with already designed hardware tools.
This requires a strong user-centric mindset, considering how specialists interact with data and how the overall workflow should function.
The second initiative involves a more established application where the focus is on refining and improving the existing user interface. The third project centres on a commercial prototype transitioning toward production, applying UX and CX thinking to refine the experience and support scalability as the product matures.
You will operate as a key contributor across these initiatives, translating complex technical and operational requirements into clear, usable workflows while ensuring a strong user experience across the broader product ecosystem.
This is initially a six month contract with a view to extend to twelve months or beyond, with the possibility of longer term opportunities depending on project progression.
You Should Have
• Minimum five years of commercial UX design experience
• Strong Figma capability, ideally three to five years
• Experience working across discovery and ideation phases to design new products or features
• Ability to facilitate discussions across multidisciplinary teams and ask the right questions
• A proactive mindset with strong initiative and drive
• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate across technical teams
