With a strong focus on purpose, community impact, and long-term sustainability, the organisation is undertaking a significant enterprise-wide transformation to uplift capability, improve service outcomes, and modernise ways of working.
About the Role
This is a senior business-led Project Manager role, responsible for driving a large-scale ERP transformation program spanning multiple workstreams. While not a technical role, successful candidates will have hands-on experience delivering major transformations that include technology uplifts, operating within complex organisational environments.
You will lead delivery across people, process, and technology change, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure outcomes are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned to organisational values.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver multiple interdependent workstreams within a large ERP transformation program
- Build, lead, and motivate delivery teams of 5-10 staff, including internal resources and vendors
- Drive end-to-end project governance, planning, risk, and dependency management
- Partner closely with senior stakeholders across varied service lines to align outcomes and manage change
- Navigate complex organisational environments with competing priorities and stakeholders
Key Selection Criteria
- Proven experience managing multiple workstreams as part of a large-scale transformation
- Demonstrated experience leading mixed delivery teams (internal and vendor, 5-10 people)
- Extensive Project Management experience within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Exposure to both Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches
- Formal Project Management qualifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) highly regarded but not essential
