Job Title: Project Manager – Data Centre Internal Fit out
Initially in Finland but with potential for ,ultiple sites across Europe.
Upcoming locations include: Oslo, Helsinki, Amsterdam, Vienna, Copenhagen, Mons.
The successful candidate will deliver consecutive fit out projects in these areas and transfer with the company to deliver further projects as a permanent worker.
This is a rotational role.
Rotation details: 17 days -4 days leave with travel & rest days included.
Flights, Accommodation, Car and additional allowances are provided.
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver Data Centre fit out projects in various European locations.
The successful candidate will manage all aspects of the project from planning to completion, including fit-out packages, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule targets are met. This is a unique opportunity to work on a state-of-the-art facility with a leading international construction contractor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of the data centre fit-out packages, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement quality control procedures to meet technical and contractual requirements.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Report regularly on project progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction projects, preferably Pharma, Hospitals, Clean Rooms or other high-tech facilities, with experience managing fit-out packages.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English
- Degree in Civil/Mechanical/Construction Engineering or equivalent.
