- Technical expertise with Switching (VLAN, Trunking , Dot1.X, Various flavors of STP, HSRP,VRRP, VTP).
- Remote management and monitoring of Network operations
- 24x7 NOC support to large global client that have distributed DC, LAN, WAN & WLAN setup.
- Level 1 and Level 2 support for incident /change management ticket resolution.
- Planning and perform upgrade of network devices
- Work with HW/SF vendors to resolve problems.
