About The Role And The Team

The Data team in Adform focuses on turning complex data into reliable insights, reporting, and solutions that support both internal teams and clients across the Adform ecosystem. As a Data Analyst, you will analyze backend data flows, develop and optimize new data reporting products, and help stakeholders make data-driven decisions.

You will work in a cross-functional international environment with Product, Pre-Sales, BI, Research, Engineering, and other teams. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working with databases, SQL, Excel, Tableau, APIs, and Python. You should be able to solve data issues independently, understand how Adform’s products and reporting connect, and clearly present findings to different audiences.

This role also requires strong project ownership, prioritization, and communication skills, as many assignments involve managing stakeholders, defining scope and timelines, and driving improvements with limited guidance. If you enjoy solving complex data problems and working with smart, open, and collaborative people in a fast-moving Ad-Tech environment, we’d love to get to know you.

  • Build, optimize, and maintain reports, dashboards, and reporting tools that support internal teams and client needs.
  • Transform complex data into clear insights, visualizations, and engaging stories for a variety of stakeholders.
  • Lead data-focused projects with limited guidance by defining goals, scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
  • Use advanced SQL and strong knowledge of Vertica and Hadoop to explore data, map tables correctly, and extract meaningful dimensions and metrics.
  • Apply tools such as Tableau, Zeppelin, Jupyter Notebook, VS Code, Azkaban, Postman, GitHub, Python, and Bash to support analysis, automation, and reporting workflows,
  • Manage priorities effectively, challenge inefficient ways of working, and focus time on the highest-value tasks and initiatives.

  • 1-3 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, Business Intelligence, or a similar data-focused role.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, including writing complex queries, using joins, unions, subqueries, CTEs, and window functions.
  • Experience working with reporting and visualization tools, with the ability to build clear dashboards, charts, and reports for different audiences.
  • Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to focus on high-value work and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex findings in a clear, structured, and engaging way to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to define goals, scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication with limited guidance.
  • Proficiency in English.

Stand Out By Having

  • Advanced knowledge of Python and Bash scripting to support analysis, automation, and data handling tasks.
  • Knowledge of Zeppelin, Jupyter Notebook, VsCode.
  • Knowledge of Ad Tech industry.
