  1. Collaboration with ERP Service Provider (Digital Arena):
  2. The specialist will work closely with our designated ERP service provider, Digital Arena, to ensure that all customizations and configurations align with our organization's unique business requirements. This collaboration will include:

  • Customization and Configuration: Tailoring the NetSuite Oracle ERP system to meet the specific needs of our organization. This involves the configuration of modules, workflows, and reporting tools. The specialist will also be responsible for coordinating with Digital Arena to implement these enhancements effectively.

  • Project Coordination: Overseeing the enhancement project, from planning to execution, to ensure timely delivery of customizations and configurations. The specialist will act as a liaison between our organization and Digital Arena, facilitating clear communication and alignment on project goals.

  1. Training and Knowledge Transfer:

  • Comprehensive Training Programs: The specialist will develop and deliver training sessions to our internal teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to manage and utilize the NetSuite Oracle ERP system efficiently.

  • Ongoing Knowledge Transfer: Establishing a continuous knowledge transfer process to ensure that our team remains up to date with the latest system features, best practices, and any new developments in the ERP landscape.

  1. Ongoing Support and Maintenance:

  • Post-Implementation Support: The specialist will provide continuous support, addressing any issues that may arise and ensuring the system operates smoothly. This includes troubleshooting, applying system updates, and implementing necessary enhancements to optimize performance.

  • Proactive Maintenance: Regular monitoring and maintenance of the ERP system to preempt potential issues, ensuring long-term stability and reliability. The specialist will also recommend and implement improvements as new features or updates become available.

  1. Daily IT and Help Desk Support:

  • IT Operations Support: The specialist will assist with the day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring system performance, managing user access, and ensuring data integrity.

  • Help Desk Support: Providing frontline support for help desk inquiries related to the NetSuite Oracle ERP system and other IT-related issues. This includes troubleshooting user-reported problems, offering technical guidance, and ensuring prompt resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
