Visual Designer
We’re partnering with a forward-thinking design agency based in Malmo with an office in Stockholm known for creating thoughtful, high-quality digital experiences for a wide range of clients—from fast-growing startups to well-established global brands. Their team blends strategy, design, and technology to build digital products and services that are both beautiful and meaningful.
They’re now looking for a Visual / Product Designer to join their growing team and help shape engaging digital experiences across web, product, and interface design.
What you’ll bring
- A degree in Design, Interaction Design, Digital Media, or a related creative field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 4–7 years of experience in visual or product/UI design, with a strong interest in creating engaging digital experiences — from websites and apps to internal tools and data-driven interfaces.
- A strong portfolio showcasing modern digital design, demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of usability.
- The ability to translate product requirements, user insights, and business goals into thoughtful design solutions.
- Strong design thinking and communication skills, with the ability to explain your process and present your ideas clearly.
- Experience using modern design tools such as Figma or Sketch and working in collaborative environments.
- Comfort working in fast-moving teams alongside developers, product managers, and stakeholders.
- Experience with design systems, prototyping, or motion/micro-interactions is a plus.
- Fluency in English, with additional languages considered a bonus.
