We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join us for an initial 3 month contract.
Duties & Requirements:
- Set up and coordinate agile development sprints for bespoke development enhancements to the ePEF application through the full software development lifecycle
- Facilitate collaboration with the development team, other project members and stakeholders to effectively deliver project scope
- Lead initial Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Work with Project Team to create and prioritise product and sprint backlogs.
- Refine the existing set of requirements as user stories
- Analyse issues and work with the project team
- Provide leadership in the analysis of ICT system issues and the formulation, design and provision of appropriate resolutions and improvements
