Description:
We are hiring a full-time Project Manager to support the execution of client campaigns inside a
growing marketing agency. This role sits between strategy and execution, ensuring campaign plans
actually turn into completed deliverables. You’ll work closely with the Campaign Director to keep
projects organized, move tasks through the system, and ensure deadlines and quality standards are
met. This is not a strategy role. Your job is to make sure the work gets done, the deliverables are clean,
and nothing falls through the cracks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive about
identifying issues early, and comfortable coordinating across multiple clients and internal teams. Full-
time. Fully remote. Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING. 9 - 5 CST.
SALARY: $2,000/MONTH
Key Responsibilities:
Execute tactical work from campaign plans, including publishing content, scheduling posts,
updating on-page SEO elements, and supporting outreach tasks
Manage tasks inside ClickUp, keeping boards updated, assigning owners, and ensuring tasks move
forward on schedule
QA deliverables before they are sent to the Campaign Director or clients
Pull data from platforms such as Google Search Console (GSC), Google Analytics (GA4), and Ahrefs
into reporting templates
Surface trends, anomalies, and wins from campaign data so leadership has visibility into
performance
Prepare client-facing reports so the Campaign Director can review and send them
Handle routine client coordination such as asset collection, login requests, approvals, and status
updates
Schedule client meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute notes and action items afterward
Coordinate with internal teams (including PR) to ensure campaign activities stay aligned across
channels
Flag timeline risks, capacity issues, or blockers early so they can be addressed before impacting
clients
Support new client onboarding by executing intake checklists and gathering required assets
Key Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in project management, campaign coordination, or a similar operational role
Strong organizational skills and comfort managing tasks across multiple clients or projects
Clear written communication for internal updates, client emails, and meeting notes
Experience working inside project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar systems
Comfortable pulling and organizing data from marketing platforms for reporting
Proactive communicator who asks questions early instead of guessing
Ability to maintain accuracy and quality while managing multiple deliverables
Comfortable working in a small team environment where accountability and ownership matter
Must own and be able to use a working computer with high-speed internet
Must be ENGLISH-SPEAKING
Nice to have:
Familiarity with SEO fundamentals such as on-page optimization, backlinks, and keyword research
Experience using tools like Google Search Console, GA4, or Ahrefs
Previous experience working inside a marketing or SEO agency environment
