Role – Technology Lead
Location – Helsinki, Finland
Type - Permanent
Your role
As a Technology Lead, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution.
Required
• Experience with IBM SevOne NPM for performance monitoring and analytics (SNMP, flow, telemetry).
• Ability to perform capacity trending, alert tuning, and performance diagnostics.
• Hands on with custom PHP dashboards/portals and MySQL for reporting/visualization.
• Experience with integrations to NOC and reporting systems.
• Good Linux administration skills.
• L2/L3 support experience for performance monitoring platforms.
• Comfortable with on call rotations and operational support.
• Comfortable with 24×7 operations and on call support.
Preferred
• Knowledge of network performance metrics (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers).
• Scripting for automation (Shell/Python).
• Familiarity with flow technologies (NetFlow, sFlow, IPFIX).
• Experience with capacity planning and performance reporting automation.
• Ability to create SOPs/runbooks for NOC/operations teams.
