Senior Backend Engineer (Spring Boot)

You're the engineer who thrives in a high growth scale up environment.

You still want to ship fast, but you also want full ownership of features from implementation to deployment in a bigger team.

That usually means you have creatives ideas to shape, enhance and scale products.

You'll report into the CTO in a 7 person engineering team that's growing.

The company has over 8,000 companies using the platform daily meaning scalability and security are key.

This position will reward engineers who actively explore and use new, creative tools.

This position will also encourage autonomy, focusing on complex problem solving rather than rigid systems and processes.

Meaning this is suitable for 0-1 builders, or scale up experience, rather than corporate.

Tech stack is Java, Sprint Boot,Typescript and Kotlin.

Other tooling and providers include AWS, Postgres, LangGraph, CI/CD DataDog etc.

Paying up to €100K, with clear progression to senior leadership.
