This isn't a chatbot. You're architecting agentic systems that monitor networks end-to-end, detect anomalies, and trigger self-healing automations.

Voice, chat, email. 30+ languages. Real-time OCPP intelligence feeding every decision.

You own the AI pipeline from data ingestion to agent behavior tuning to deployment.

Claude Code for rapid prototyping and iteration. Python for the backbone. LLMs doing the actual work.

3+ years building AI systems in production.

Experience with agentic workflows, RAG, or multi-turn reasoning required.

Startup or high-ownership environment essential.

Strong fundamentals in Python, LLMs, and system design.

Claude Code experience (not optional).

€80k–€140k base + equity. Full-time, in-person in Munich.
