Who We’re Looking For

We're on the lookout for a Business Analyst who will be daily transforming business needs into technical solutions, defining project scope, and ensuring smooth project execution.

What You’ll Do

• Transform business requirements into functional and technical specifications and prototypes.
• Produce required documentation (project related, business requirements, functional specification, system requirements, user stories, use cases, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team, do a high-level functional verification of the implemented features.
• Assist in planning/ implementation/ tracking projects, resolving problems and backlog, providing recommendations.
• Determine and define project scope and objectives.
• Report on project progress, milestones and challenges to various stakeholders.
• Create and manage project related documentation.
• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of IT Project Management/BA experience.
• Card acquiring, payments gateway, client facing back-office portal and/or payments knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to develop project related documentation.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban.
• Readiness to learn and ability to understand complex business processes.
• Great communication skills and ability to work with and manage senior stakeholders.
• Consistent attention to detail.
• A proactive mindset is essential.
• High general problem-solving skills.
• Professional English.
